When Matt and I decided to move back to Georgia from Maryland September 2012, we knew renting a house for a year would be the smartest thing to do. After all, we were moving to a new side of town that we were unfamiliar with. March of 2013 we starting our house hunt....we looked at few resales, but quickly determined that was not the route we wanted to go......as if we weren't crazy enough with everything that was going on in our life at the time, we decided to build a house!! We began the process the end of March and after three months of living with friends and family, we finally closed on our new HOME!!!!
